Ryan's practice covers a broad cross-section of federal, state, and local tax matters and includes the representation of taxpayers in tax controversies as well as tax planning. Ryan advises clients on numerous tax credit and alternative energy transactions, real estate transactions, joint ventures, partnerships, and restructurings. He also advises sponsors of, and investors in, all types of private investment vehicles
